  • 본 모델하우스는 푀르스티안 단지 내 602동에 위치해 있으며,
    Type B [Standard] (타입 B [일반형]) 입니다.
    지하 1층, 지상 1층, 지상 2층으로 구성되어 있습니다.

  • 실제 시공 예정 공간을 기반으로 설계된 모델하우스로,
    공간의 분위기와 구조를 실제처럼 체험하실 수 있습니다.

  • 모든 방문객은 입장 전 슬리퍼를 착용해주셔야 합니다.
    이는 모델하우스 내부 청결 유지와 마감재 보호를 위한 조치로,

📍 Model House Location

  • The FÖRSTIAN model house is located within the complex, at Building 602, and is based on Type B [Standard]. It consists of three levels: basement (B1), ground floor (1F), and second floor (2F).
  • Designed based on the actual construction layout, the model house offers a realistic preview of the space and overall atmosphere.


🥿 Slippers Must Be Worn Upon Entry

  • All visitors are required to wear slippers before entering the model house. This is to maintain cleanliness and protect interior finishes. Slippers will be provided on-site.


👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Tour Reservation & Visitor Guidelines

  • Model house tours must be reserved through the website after signing up as a member.
  • Alternatively, you may call our sales office (031-717-0754) to book by phone.
  • Each reservation allows a maximum of 6 visitors.
    Minors (under 19 years old) must be accompanied by a legal guardian.


⏰ Reservation Time & Entry

  • Please arrive exactly at your scheduled reservation time. To ensure smooth operations, late arrivals may result in shortened tours. Arrivals 20 minutes or more late may result in automatic cancellation.
  • Early entry is not permitted, so please plan to arrive on time.


📸 Photography Guidelines

  • Photography and video recording are allowed inside. However, live streaming and commercial filming are not permitted.


🚫 Restrictions & Safety Notices

  • Food and beverages are not allowed inside the model house. Please leave coffee, water bottles, and all drinks at the entrance.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including electronic cigarettes.
  • Please exercise caution when walking inside — especially on stairs or uneven areas.
